Science

The research which lead to their development was conducted by qualified professionals following the guidelines for test development endorsed by the American Psychological Association. We provide evaluation products of
outstanding quality and value to serve the needs of educators, business and organizations.
Design Team
Each assessment is designed to meet the specific educational and business needs of our clients by a specialized Product Development Team. This team is headed by Dr. Scott Hamilton, our Senior Vice president for Research and Development, directing a group including a project manager from our R & D staff, appropriate staff members, as well as selected psychology firms. We control the design, development, programming, testing and final production of our products.
Development
& Validation
The research behind our assessments supports their reliability and validity in
any educational or business setting. The actual assessment questions that are found in these products have survived a testing and selection process that has reduced as many as 500 items in a research pool down to a
few questions set for use with the final product. The questions that we use have been researched and have demonstrated
excellent reliability and the appropriate validity in identifying a specific trait or factor. Used as designed, our products have become an indispensable part of the selection and evaluation process for over
100,000 clients in more than 120 countries.
Reliability
We lead the industry in product research. Our evergreen approach validates that our products are always current for today’s diverse workforce. Our roots span over twenty-five years in research and development.
Most importantly, we have recently completed a another large reliability study with some 117,000 participants from the workforce
participating in our latest validation study.
Additionally, the United States Department of Labor recently released 13
Guidelines for the Use of Assessment Tools with Employees.
